Using watercolour and collage, Maja Vodanovic explores the still-life genre with originality. She seamlessly blends interior scenes with exterior scenes, and her portraits are infused with images of the natural world. There is a layered, dream-like quality to these works. The artist captures a moment in time, but it is fleeting, ephemeral.
